What You Need to Make a Neon Pet

  • 4 identical pets — all must be the same species (e.g. 4 Cats, 4 Giraffes, 4 Shadow Dragons)
  • All 4 must be Full Grown — the final age stage after completing all required tasks
  • Access to the Neon Cave — located under the bridge in the main Adopt Me map

Step-by-Step: Fusing a Neon Pet

Obtain 4 identical pets

You need 4 of the exact same pet species. They can be Normal, Ride, Fly, or Fly-Ride — the variant does not need to match, but the species must be identical.

Age all 4 pets to Full Grown

Each pet must reach the Full Grown age stage. This requires completing tasks (feeding, watering, playing, sleeping) until the pet has progressed through all 6 stages: Newborn → Junior → Pre-Teen → Teen → Post-Teen → Full Grown.

Travel to the Neon Cave

The Neon Cave is located under the bridge in the main Adopt Me map. Look for the glowing cave entrance near the water. Walk in to enter the fusion area.

Place your pets in the circles

Inside the Neon Cave you'll see four glowing circles on the ground. Interact with each circle to place one of your Full Grown pets into it. You must fill all four circles.

Confirm the fusion

Once all four circles are filled with your Full Grown pets, a prompt will ask you to confirm. The 4 pets are permanently consumed and one Neon pet is created. The Neon pet inherits a glowing aura.

Important Rules

  • The fusion is permanent and irreversible — once you confirm, the 4 pets are gone and the Neon is created
  • All 4 pets must be the same species — no mixing allowed
  • All 4 pets must be at the Full Grown stage — any earlier stage will not work
  • The variant of each pet (Normal, Ride, FR) does not affect eligibility — but does affect the variant of the Neon output
  • A Neon pet glows with a constant colour aura — visually distinct from its Normal version

What Does the Neon Pet Look Like?

A Neon pet has a glowing aura that appears around specific parts of its body — often its paws, tail, or horns depending on the species. The glow is a fixed colour tied to the pet's design. Neon pets are visually striking and are immediately recognisable in a player's inventory or during trades.
