No! Anyone can browse listings. You only need an account to buy, sell, make offers, or use community features like Wishlist or Want to Buy.

Click 'Login / Sign Up' in the top right corner. You can register with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google for a faster experience. New email/password accounts must verify their email address before making purchases.

Email verification is required to make purchases on Pet Bakery. It protects you and other users from fraud. After registering, we send a 6-digit code to your inbox — enter it on the verification screen. If you signed up with Google, you're automatically verified.

No. Pet Bakery is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1. Browse or search for the pet you want. 2. Add funds to your wallet via Whop (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto & more). 3. Click Buy Now (or Make an Offer) on the listing. 4. Any Cake Coupon you have is applied automatically at checkout. 5. The seller's Roblox username is shared — arrange the in-game trade. 6. Once you confirm receipt in your Orders page, payment is released to the seller.

Every order is protected by our escrow system. Sellers have 48 hours from payment to mark the order as delivered. If they miss that deadline, the order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund to your wallet — no dispute needed. If there's an issue after delivery is marked, you can open a dispute from your Orders page within 48 hours of the seller marking delivery.

Yes! On any listing detail page, click 'Make an Offer' to submit a custom price. The seller can accept, decline, or counter your offer. You'll be notified in real time.

Sellers can temporarily discount their listings with a Flash Sale price and optional countdown timer. Look for the 'SALE' badge and red countdown on listing cards — these deals expire fast!

At /want-to-buy you can post a public request for a specific pet and variant you're looking for. Sellers who have it can reach out to you directly.

Sellers can list pets at auction with a starting bid, an optional reserve price, and an end time. The highest bidder when the auction ends wins and pays from their wallet — same escrow and delivery protection as a regular purchase.

When you set a maximum bid, our system automatically bids on your behalf up to that amount in response to competing bids — using the smallest increment needed to keep you in the lead. You only pay as much as you need to win, not your full maximum.

Yes. When you place a bid, the amount is reserved from your available wallet balance so it can't be spent elsewhere. If you're outbid, your reservation is released immediately. You can see your available vs. reserved balance on your Wallet page.

Click your profile avatar → 'Become a Seller'. Set up a shop name, bio, and Roblox username. Once set up, you can create listings from the 'Bake & Sell' button.

Free sellers can have up to 50 active listings at a time. Pro sellers can have up to 100 active listings.

Pet Bakery takes 11% commission from each completed sale (standard) or 8% if you're a Pro seller. For example: a $10 sale earns you $8.90 as a standard seller, or $9.20 as a Pro seller.

Cakes are Pet Bakery's loyalty points. You earn them just by using the platform and spend them on in-platform rewards like discounts, fee waivers, and prize draws.

Purchases (10 Cakes per $1 spent), daily login streaks (5–25 Cakes/day), referrals (100 Cakes), and approved social videos (50–200 Cakes).

Spend Cakes on prize draw entries for a chance to win real prizes like Robux gift cards, in-game potions, or rare pets. There's a pity system that improves your odds with each unsuccessful draw.

Go to /wallet and choose an amount. We use Whop for secure payment processing — supports card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto, Afterpay, and more.

Once your wallet has at least $10 in earnings from sales, you can withdraw via GCash, Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. Go to your Dashboard to set up your preferred payout method.

Yes. All card payments are processed directly by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Pet Bakery never stores your card number or CVV.

Sellers can earn a Verified badge after review by the Pet Bakery admin team. Look for the blue checkmark on a seller's profile and listings to identify those who have completed verification.

Go to your Orders page, find the order, and click 'Open Dispute'. You must do this within 48 hours of the seller marking the order as delivered, and before confirming receipt. Our team reviews cases within 24–48 hours.

Pro Seller is a $4.99/month subscription that reduces your commission from 11% to 8%, increases your listing limit from 50 to 100, and adds a Pro badge to your profile and listings.

Yes. Cancelling stops the next monthly renewal, but your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
