Seller hasn't delivered my order
Sellers have 72 hours to deliver. If the deadline passes, your order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund — no action needed. You can also open a dispute from your Orders page at any time before confirming receipt.
I was scammed / item not as described
Open a dispute from the Orders page before confirming receipt. Do not confirm receipt if you haven't received exactly what was listed. Our team reviews all disputes and will refund you if the seller is at fault.
My account is frozen or banned
Account actions are taken for violations of our Terms of Service. If you believe this was a mistake, join our Discord and open a support ticket — our moderation team will review your case.
How long do refunds take?
Wallet refunds are instant — they appear in your Pet Bakery balance immediately. PayPal refunds to your original payment method can take 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
How do I become a verified seller?
Verified status is granted after a track record of successful sales with no disputes. Complete your seller profile, link your Roblox username, and maintain a good standing. Our admin team reviews verification requests periodically.
