Open a dispute from the Orders page before confirming receipt. Do not confirm receipt if you haven't received exactly what was listed. Our team reviews all disputes and will refund you if the seller is at fault.
My account is frozen or banned
Account actions are taken for violations of our Terms of Service. If you believe this was a mistake, join our Discord and open a support ticket — our moderation team will review your case.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds from disputes or auto-cancellations are credited to your Pet Bakery wallet instantly. From your wallet, you can withdraw to GCash, Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer at any time.
How do I become a verified seller?
Verified status is granted after a track record of successful sales with no disputes. Complete your seller profile, link your Roblox username, and maintain a good standing. Our admin team reviews verification requests periodically.
