Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pet Bakery ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pet Bakery, in accordance with Roblox's minimum age requirements.

Pet Bakery is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher. All game names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Virtual items traded on Pet Bakery exist within third-party games. We make no guarantees about the continued availability, value, or existence of any virtual item. Virtual items have no guaranteed real-world monetary value and may be subject to change by the game developer at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or restrictions

As a seller on Pet Bakery, you agree to:

• Only list items you own and have the right to sell
• Accurately describe all items, including their variant, condition, and any limitations
• Complete transactions in a timely manner after a sale is confirmed
• Maintain a Roblox username that buyers can contact to complete the in-game trade
• Not engage in price manipulation, wash trading, or fake listing practices
• Honor the listed price and terms of any active listing

Sellers who repeatedly fail to complete trades, receive excessive dispute reports, or engage in fraudulent activity may be suspended or permanently banned.

Delivery integrity & falsified proof: Sellers must submit honest, unaltered screenshots when marking an order as delivered. A tiered consequence system applies: first offense — 7-day temporary selling suspension; second offense — permanent selling ban; confirmed scam (no delivery attempted, buyer funds kept) — immediate permanent ban.

New-seller sales cap: Sellers with fewer than 10 completed sales are subject to a $300 total sales volume cap within their first 30 days of selling activity.

We provide a wallet-based escrow system to protect buyers. Funds are held in your Pet Bakery wallet until you confirm receipt of the purchased item. We offer a dispute resolution process for cases where a seller fails to deliver as described.

Sales of digital in-game items are final. By completing a purchase on Pet Bakery, you acknowledge that you are buying a virtual digital item and agree that the sale becomes fully final once you confirm receipt or 48 hours after the seller marks delivery have passed without a dispute.

Buyers are responsible for verifying they are trading with the correct in-game account as listed by the seller. Pet Bakery is not responsible for losses arising from trades conducted outside of the official platform.

Pet Bakery charges a commission on each completed sale:

• Standard sellers: 11% commission on each sale
• Pro sellers: 8% commission on each sale (requires an active Pro subscription)
• Pro subscription: $4.99/month, billed monthly to your wallet balance

Commission is automatically deducted from the sale proceeds before they are credited to the seller's wallet.

Pet Bakery operates a loyalty programme called Cakes. Users earn Cakes through purchases, daily logins, referrals, and approved social content submissions. Cakes can be redeemed for Cake Coupons, Streak Shields, and Prize Draw entries.

No monetary value: Cakes and all Cakes-derived rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or withdrawn. Cakes and rewards are forfeited upon account termination.

Pet Bakery supports an auction format for listings. Key terms:

• Bid reservations: When you place a bid, the bid amount is immediately reserved from your available wallet balance.
• Proxy bidding: You may set a maximum bid; the system will auto-bid on your behalf up to that maximum.
• Outbid release: If you are outbid, your reservation is released immediately.
• Settlement: At auction close, the highest eligible bidder wins. Funds are deducted and an order is created under the same escrow and delivery terms as a standard purchase.
• No cancellation: Winning bids are binding.

Pet Bakery operates a Creator Program allowing approved content creators to earn commission on referred sales.

• Standard creators earn 5% commission. The first 30 approved creators (Founding Creators) earn 8%.
• Attribution is tracked via a first-party cookie (pb_ref) valid for 30 days.
• Commission holds: Commissions are held for 30 days before they become withdrawable. Minimum withdrawal is $20.
• Prohibited: Self-referral, purchasing through your own link or code, and fraudulent click inflation.

You agree not to use Pet Bakery to:

• Engage in fraud, scamming, or deceptive practices
• Sell items you do not own or have no right to transfer
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent fees or payment systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Post misleading, false, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
• Impersonate Pet Bakery staff or other users

Your Pet Bakery wallet balance is a credit balance held on the platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10. Supported payout methods include GCash, Wise, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Sellers who complete Stripe Connect onboarding may receive automatic transfers of their net sale proceeds directly to their linked bank account following each completed sale.

Wallet top-ups are processed by Whop in USD. A small processing fee applies (shown before you pay). Your wallet is credited immediately after payment.

Pet Bakery applies a rolling reserve to seller proceeds. Reserve tiers by account standing:

• New sellers (fewer than 10 completed sales): 20% held for 14 days
• Regular sellers: 10% held for 7 days
• Pro sellers: 5% held for 3 days

Every seller's first withdrawal is subject to manual review. Accounts must be at least 7 days old before their first withdrawal request can be processed.

Sellers are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from their sales on Pet Bakery. This includes income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any applicable VAT or GST in their country of residence. Pet Bakery does not withhold taxes on behalf of sellers and does not provide tax advice.

For US sellers: Pet Bakery and/or Stripe may be required to file an IRS Form 1099-K for any seller who receives $600 or more in gross payments in a calendar year.

Pet Bakery provides a full escrow-based buyer protection system. Key terms:

• Funds held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the auto-release window expires.
• Seller delivery deadline: 48 hours from time of payment.
• Buyer confirmation window: 48 hours after seller marks delivered.
• Dispute window: Buyers may open a dispute within 48 hours of the seller marking delivery, provided they have not yet confirmed receipt.
• Monthly dispute limit: Maximum of 3 disputes per 30-day period.
• Chargeback policy: Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimately completed transaction may result in immediate account suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Bakery and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid in fees to Pet Bakery in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
