How it works — step by step

You pay — funds go into escrow
Your payment is held securely in our escrow system. The seller cannot access it until you confirm delivery.

Seller delivers in Roblox within 48 hours
The seller arranges the in-game trade. They mark the order delivered once done. Miss the deadline? Automatic refund.

You confirm receipt
Happy with the pet? Confirm receipt on your Orders page. Payment is then released to the seller.

Something wrong? Open a dispute
Wrong item or unresolved issue? Open a dispute from your Orders page within 48 hours of the seller marking delivery. Our team reviews every case within 24–48 hours.
